Never again!!!!!We booked via an online booking portal from Germany. Arrived at the airport in Lima, the counter of Enterprise rent-a-car was not staffed.On the phone we were told that we should go to the main office in Miraflores (because they had many troubles at this moment) and that we would be reimbursed for the taxi costs.Once there, there was again no employee on site. They said they will bring us our car to our hotel just one hour later. Nothing happened!They didnt answer us or the booking portal for one month. Today we were told that we are supposed to get our rental costs.However, we remain seated on the taxi costs and the tripple car price for the new car ...... Thanks for nothing.
