Es una empresa poco seria. Contraté dos tours con ellos y se comprometieron a que la dueña o jefa del establecimiento me iba a contactar para contratar un tercer tour y me dieron un precio estimado que yo tendría que negociar con ella. No solo no me llego a contactar si no que después de tener que perseguirles para hablar con ellos resulta que me multiplican el precio por 4 (me habían dado estimación en pesos y luego me dicen que es la misma cantidad pero en dólares..) y encima me dicen que ya no está disponible el tour que yo quería hacer y que tendré que hacerlo de manera privada (obviamente mucho más caro). En definitiva si quieren ahorrarse un disgusto y problemas varios entonces vayan a otro sitio.//Not a serious company. I booked a couple tours with them and the owner of the business was supposed to contact me in order to book a third tour to Machu Picchu. They gave me an estimated price and I was just supposed to negotiate with the owner. But to my surprise not only did they not contact me but also after having to try to contact them in different ways they multiplied the estimated price by 4 (they had given me a price in pesos and then told me it was the same quantity but in dollars..). On top of that they told me that the tour I wanted (which was originally available) was no longer available and that I had to do a private tour (much more expensive obviously). As a summary, if you want to avoid issues and several headaches then just go somewhere else.
